Seasonal Production Assistant

Part-Time | 2 Days/Week [16 hrs total]| 9 AM–5 PM | Oro Valley, AZ

CICADA is growing (a lot!), and we’re looking for a Seasonal Production Assistant to join our production team during our busy season.

We’re a small fragrance house inspired by memory and the American landscape, creating candles, perfume oils, hand creams, home fragrance, and more from our studio in Oro Valley.

And while our studio smells really, really good… we work hard in here. :)

This is a hands-on support role for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and being part of a small team making lots of beautiful things.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll primarily support our production team with tasks like:

• Labeling and preparing products
• Cleaning vessels, tools, and production areas
• Packaging and assembling products
• Prepping materials for production
• Organizing supplies and keeping work areas tidy
• Helping with general production and studio tasks wherever needed

Some days you may label hundreds of products. Other days you may be cleaning, assembling boxes, prepping components, or jumping in wherever the production team needs an extra set of hands.

The Schedule

This is a seasonal, part-time position working 2 full days per week from 9 AM–5 PM.

The two workdays can be any two weekdays, Monday–Friday, so there is some flexibility in choosing a consistent schedule that works for you and our production team.

We’re a small team, which means everyone plays an important part in getting our products made and out into the world. Our studio can be fun, creative, and occasionally a little chaotic during busy season - but we care deeply about making beautiful products and doing good work together.

Schedule: 2 weekdays per week, 9 AM–5 PM
Location: Oro Valley, Arizona
Pay: $18/hr
Duration: Seasonal Now through December 18th, 2026.
