Fulfillment Associate (Full-Time / 35–40 hrs)
 📍 Oro Valley, Arizona

At CICADA, we create scent-driven products inspired by memory, landscape, and place. From desert rain to orange blossoms, everything we make is designed to feel like something you’ve lived before.

We’re looking for someone to join our small (but mighty) team to help pack and ship our products with care and attention to detail.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who loves staying organized, working with their hands, and being part of a growing brand.

What You’ll Do

Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and ship wholesale and direct-to-consumer orders

• Ensure orders are packed beautifully and accurately

• Maintain clean and organized packing station

Customer Experience

• Help create a thoughtful, elevated customer experience. Occasionally we have walk in customers that will need help selecting the perfect scents. 

Production Support (Light)

• On rare occasions, we will need you to jump in and assist with small-batch production: Labeling, boxing, and prepping finished goods.

• Support the team wherever needed, this is a collaborative role

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Positive, reliable, and proactive

• Comfortable working on your feet and handling physical tasks - the job is on your feet the entire time. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Someone who takes pride in doing things well

• We've created a fun environment- but its also very fast-paced and we all work really hard.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, typically 9–5 at our Oro Valley Fragrance Studio

• Occasional early wrap-up when the day allows (we believe in balance).
