RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you love our candles as much as we do. But if you don't, we want to make it right. Please contact hello@cicadagoods.com if you'd like to make a return. All returns must be initiated within 4 months from purchase date. The CICADA team will provide you with a shipping label to return the item.
SHIPPING POLICY
Here at CICADA we work really hard to keep the shipping rates down. We are currently working with the best team to get the best rates possible from top carriers. We will continue to improve the shipping rates as we can. Right now we offer a $6 flat rate for all domestic orders under $99. Any domestic orders over $99 get free shipping. For all international orders, shipping is based off of location and weight.
